I researched meticulously to decide on a brand/model for a new washer. Against my better judgement I decided we could take a chance on an LG because warranties. Now here we are at the beginning of a holiday weekend with a less than month old washing machine that wont drain the tub full of water leaving a household of 5 without a washing machine And to top it off the LG rep said it will be 2-3 business days before we even hear from a service provider to schedule a repair call This is absolutely unacceptable Defective products happen but what really matters is how the company handles making it right. And waiting a week or more to get a washing machine fixed is NOT ACCEPTABLE

I bought this washer two months ago and finally am able to give a review. I have the glass top so Im able to see how little water it is using. I wasnt happy at all. How could clothes get clean when water doesnt even cover the clothes. Thankfully our clothes arent really dirty. We arent working in the dirt so in our case the washer works for us. Dont think it would work well if we did tho. The timer says 59 minutes for a normal load but I find that it often finishes sooner so thats a plus. Overall Im happy with this purchase.

Very satisfied with this washer. I like the open capacity no center agitator and all the clothes get rotated through the water. If I feel I want more water for a larger load there is the Deep Wash feature. Its also very quiet.

I bought this a year ago if I had it to do over I wouldnt buy it. Washing just one set of queen sized sheets most of the way through the wash cycle and theyre not completely wet. Definitely not impressed and wish you were able to return appliances like this.

Two months ago we purchased a LG washer I cant begin to tell you how happy we did. I thought my clothes were clean before but I found out they werent being cleaned like I thought they were. You have so many cycles to choose from your clothes are cleaner and you use less water and detergent. The tub is big enough for a comforter and blankets no more laundromat money saved. Loading is the key load it like a donut and you will have no problems.

It was a little rough to start off with as far as delivery and install. Spanning over a few days but we finally got them to install it and haul away the old washer. So far so good. It is large enough for my washes. I dont care for the digital operation to choose load size temp and wash size. I guess I will get used to it. Seems to wash clothes well enough. No complaints.

Ive had my washing machine for a couple of weeks now and Im very pleased with it. It is extremely efficient and gets close clean. I thought for sure that the time to do a load of laundry would be much longer than it actually is. I like the countdown feature and I also enjoy the chime letting me know when my washer is finished. It is relatively quiet especially when I have the laundry room door shut. I like that Im using less detergent and less water And ultimately less electricity.

I got to try this washing machine out in a rental before moving into my house and buying one for myself. I did a lot of research and knew it was exactly what I wanted. Now Im pulling out clothes after every wash that are still dirty--dried on dirt stains and gunk spreading to other clothes lint everywhere especially on black clothes. Im completely baffled. I cannot get the water level to be very high despite washing on high water wash and even adding water with a pitcher sometimes. I felt confident about this washing machine before buying but am having a completely different experience than expected.

My sister and I have had this washer for a couple of months now and I love it so much The features are amazing I love the load sensing and all the wash options. Its also a pretty quiet washer as well Literally no complaints so far. The size is amazing and the fact that it adjusts based on load size for water usage and time makes my environmentally conscious heart happy

I understand this is supposed to be a low use water appliance but 2-2 1/2 inches of water isnt nearly enough to dp a typical load of wash. Some of the clothes barely get wet.

I notice you mostly respond to glowing reviews but I hope you address the problem with the Normal cycle.
I chose to replace my 12 year old impeller of another brand instead of repairing because of the age of the appliance. I researched for weeks before coming back around to choosing the TW7150CW. There were some bad reviews but the good ones were far more. Right now I think I did not make a good decision and should have repaired my old machine.
I washed 1 load of King sized sheets and 4 pillow cases on Heavy Duty and another load of bath towels hand towels and washcloths on Heavy Duty the day after delivery of my new washing machine. Yay everything was wet and clean
Big however I have not yet figured out how to get clothes totally wet and clean on the Normal cycle. Whats the point in that cycle?
The second day I used the washing machine it took hours and hours wasted water and electricity and expensive laundry detergent to do two loads of laundry and to rewash two loads of laundry. I loaded the machine exactly as shown in the Owners Manual
with 3 mens cotton sweat suit tops and 3 matching bottoms and used the Normal cycle. Nothing was wadded up and the clothes were not packed into the machine. The clothing seemed to fit the Normal cycle definition in the cycle guide pages right on LGs website. They are cotton and individually similar in weight to a few pair of mens denim jeans. After the cycle was complete portions of one item still had food on it portions of others were dry and portions had streaky soap residue. So I reloaded the sweat suits and put 1/2 the amount of detergent than I did the first time and washed them on Heavy Duty. The sweat suits had no dry areas no soap scum and looked clean. So sweat suits are not a Normal cycle load but according to the Cycle Guide on your website Heavy Duty cycle is for heavily soiled laundry. The sweat suits had a normal to light amount of soil: a little food on the front of one and all had simply been worn around the house as a warmer second layer.
Then I loaded other mens garments: 10 pair of cotton underwear 1 cotton polo shirt 3 cotton T-shirts 2 cotton athletic shorts 1 nylon running short 3 pair of cotton running socks 3 pair of cotton tube socks and 1 cotton head band. Clothing was loaded according to the Owners Manual and nothing was wadded. The load came half-way up the tub. I once again used the Normal cycle because those items seem like Normal cycle items according to the Cycle Guide referenced above. I used half the amount of detergent recommended by the HE detergent brand. None of the items of clothing was heavily soiled. Out of that load one of the T-shirts had a number of dry spots two pair of cotton athletic shorts had dry spots one of those had soap scum 3 pair of underwear had dry spots 1 pair had soap scum. Underwear needs to be clean right? So I reloaded all the clothes added about a tablespoon of detergent and ran the load on Deep Wash cycle because to choose Normal with Water Plus will simply default to Deep Wash anyway. Well well well all the clothes were entirely wet and had no soap scum. I dont know how clean they are because I only used a tablespoon of laundry detergent. Some of the garments probably got some proper washing the first time around. I surmise thus far that the only way to get all the clothes in a load clean and wet is to wash on Heavy Duty or Deep Clean. Those two cycles coincidentally add more water to the tub.
Right now I dread what I might encounter when I have to launder my undergarments and other types of my own clothing. I suspect that in reality most clothing will have to be washed on Deep Clean cycle at all times even though rarely is any of our clothing heavily soiled.
Why should washing be so difficult to figure out. Now I understand the complaints about that.
This is my 3rd impeller machine in about 18 years. One I left behind in my old house. It still worked. Impellers have been around a long time now. I can count on three fingers the number of times my laundry had a single dry portion on a garment. That would be 3 times in 18 years. Ive had dry spots on garments in 2 loads of laundry out of 4 with this new machine and had to wash two of the loads again on different cycles. This is plain ridiculous and this washing machine was not inexpensive.

I am writing a follow up review from a few months ago after I had this machine for a few weeks. Im still not happy with this purchase. Main reason I had never used a washer with the impeller and I wont again. Clothes dont clean as well as they do with an agitator. The clothes are basically being gently moved around like a lazy person hand washing clothes. Granted with the impeller you can wash an item as large as a comforter but I wish this had the option and ability to have the agitator and for it to be able to be removed so you could also have the impeller for larger items.
Plus it doesnt have a prewash or soaking selection.
And one other thing I wish it had when I pour my detergent from the cup to the dispenser I wish you could start the water to be able to rinse the residue in the cup to remove the rest of the detergent and pour it into the washer tub.
