We purchased the washer and dryer set and it has been amazing. The washer and dryer communicate with each other so you dont have to change the settings on the dryer once you move the clothes over. The cycles are quick and get the clothes clean. Having the ability to connect the washer and dryer to your phone and Alexa help keep track of the status of the loads so you can move laundry along.

I originally purchased the LG washer on 12/6/2022 but had to wait until 2/6 for delivery as pedestals that were ordered with the machine were out of stock. Original washer display was not working properly digital lights on front only showed ----- for all cycles. I contacted LG service and was only directed to a satisfaction survey was not given any help at all. Had to have the washer taken back and exchanged for a new one. Second washer has issues with drum being out of alignment. not an issue of machine being out of balance. Drum is so out of order that machine makes lots of noise and jumps a lot during the spin cycle. It is basically inoperable. I am now awaiting the delivery of a 3rd machine. I am hoping this one works. However I had to get a different model as the store is out of stock on my original purchase. The new washer is a different model and will not match the dryer that I purchased but I could not wait another month to get a washer that works as the model I originally purchased is out of stock. I have been very disappointed with LG product quality. AND the original pedestal that I purchased for the machine was damaged on delivery so had to wait for another one to be delivered. It looked as if it had been hit by a fork lift. I chose LG initially as I was hoping for good quality. this has not been the case. It is now March 2. My replacement is supposed to be here tomorrow. I am hoping this works.

We bought this washer a month ago and except for one thing we really like it. It does a great job of washing our clothes and its huge It has cut my laundry in half. What dont we like? The control panel is very hard to read. In our opinion there needs to be a back light so the different cycles options can be read. Even with the room well lit we cannot properly read it. We finally bought a small light with a goose neck that is secured by a magnet so we can use it to properly choose our wash temp and spin cycles. We hope LG will take this suggestion and implement it in future machines.

We recently replaced our 20 year old top load washer and dryer set with this washer and its matching dryer counterpart and we couldnt be happier. Quiet and fast. Our laundry room is on the second floor of our hauls and when it is running we can barely hear it. No walking as I have heard some front load washers may do move on their own when spinning because of shaking. Solidly built with a great variety of cycle types to choose from. We have already seen a change in our gas and electric bills too

Wouldnt buy again

Bought both washer and dryer a month ago and have had problems with both units and according to LG I shouldve read the owners manuals so Id known they are picky machines for using soap in the washer and vent issues on the dryer. Dont have to worry about me buying anymore LG merchandise.

Great Washer

I bought this washer after my previous appliance was getting old after 15 years of use. I was skeptical about changing brands but LG was recommended to me. The features are outstanding and the options are so adaptable to any load type or size. I got the 5.0 cubic foot capacity and its huge No problem doing large loads and still having room for items to move around. The new appliances look great and work great.

Machine is nice avoid installation through LG

I bought this over a month ago. Unfortunately the installation team is not synchronized with LG and then they screwed up the installation. This has become worse now that the team was scheduled to revisit and cancelled without explanation. If you want to purchase this make sure you include 6+ weeks where you dont need it just in case they mess up the installation.

I bought the matching pair to replace a VERY old washer and dryer. The lg washer is a serious improvement over the old one. It is by far quieter easy to use and it looks great The cycles i have used work great. It really busted my stones to pay this much but I feel it will save on water and electricity and it just plain works great

No more off balance loads

I previously had a LG top loader. It frequently needed the clothes to be unloaded and loaded back in due to being off balance. This machine doesnt have that problem. Clothes are clean. Happy with washer.

I purchased this unit to replace my 12 year old unit and am extremely happy that I did. My new washer/dryer pair have my laundry done in half the time of my old units and the app lets me monitor where everything is in real time and sends alerts when everything is done. Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Bought just over a month ago and very satisfied. Does great job cleaning clothes and has excellent capacity. Very quiet. Love that it tells me via the app when load is finished and communicates to dryer to select proper drying cycle based on washing cycle selected. Would buy again.

Better then top load

I initially purchased a top load washer which I returned one week later for the front load. As a 53 woman I couldnt reach the bottom of the top load. The front load costs quite a bit more but worth it to be able to reach the clothes.

Excellent features performance

I got my washer machine since a month ago. I am super happy with the performance. The low energy consumption is definitively something to consider specially for customers like me that runs with solar panels. Great features depending the loundry cycles you want to wash. From normal cycles to towels and beddings. It runs very quiet but at the end the cloths feel fresh and clean. It looks awesome.

I bought the washer and matching dryer together. I have been amazed by how clean the clothes are and how much it spins the clothes out. I also love that I get notifications on my phone about the washer and dryer. This allows me to complete other things and be promptly notified of when I need to start another load.
